The actual cost of a project is determined by its complexity. Therefore, the prices listed below represent the average range.

• Standard floor plan, exterior elevations and roof $1300-1800 for the set

• 3D exterior rendering $400-700 per structure

• Mechanicals (electrical and plumbing) $200-400 per plan

• Interior elevation (a 2D rendering of cabinet layouts & sections) $200-400

• 3D furniture, appliance and cabinet layouts $200 per structure

• Site plan (survey required) $200 per plan

Executive Assistance & Client Support

$40/hour is my rate If you require ad hoc support or are not yet prepared to commit to a retainer.

$35/hour is my rate on retainer. This is the best option if you anticipate a fixed number of hours per month, as it ensures my availability. A minimum of 20 hours per month is required.
