Architectural drafting

The standard design package is $1.25SF (included in square footage is everything under roof, including garage(s), porch(es) and any dimensioned area under roof.

• Floor plan, window & door schedules & notes

• Exterior elevations

• Interior elevations (cabinetry & sections, if applicable)

• Custom electrical plan

• Plumbing plan

• 3D exterior rendering

Additional services offered

• 3D furniture, appliance and cabinet layouts

• Site plan (survey required)

Executive Assistance & Client Support

$40/hour is my rate If you require ad hoc support or are not yet prepared to commit to a retainer.

$35/hour is my rate on retainer. This is the best option if you anticipate a fixed number of hours per month, as it ensures my availability. A minimum of 20 hours per month is required.
